HOW TO APPLY?

Groups of Young People that wish to apply, must be part of a constituted organisation, (e.g. Youth Group, Theatre Group, Sports Club, College etc). If you are unsure about this, please contact us before you start an application at funds@holywood-trust.org.uk.

Please note that this application MUST be completed by one of the young people.

STEP 1.

Click “APPLY HERE” and register an e-mail address which is used by you only. This is important because it will be used in the processing of your application, and for re-setting passwords etc.

STEP 2.

Once you have entered your e-mail address, another screen will follow which requests some basic details about you. After submitting those details, subsequent e-mails will be sent to you which will provide you with access to the Grants Management System (GMS).

STEP 3.

On reaching GMS, you will then need to finish the registration process and create a unique password for your user account.

STEP 4.

Having completed this, you will be able to create an application to The Holywood Trust and submit. Once your application is submitted, an automated e-mail will be sent to you confirming submission.

Please keep a note of your application reference number and quote this if you are contacting us.

Please note that if a group of young people wish to make an application for over £1,000 then they must complete an Organisation
application instead of the Groups of Young People application.
